What is included in your initial cleaning
Your initial cleaning includes a gutter and fascia inspection, hand-cleaning the gutters, clearing downspouts, caulking gutter outlets and end caps, and bagging and hauling away debris before a final leaf-blower cleanup.
Our white-glove service starts with hands-on cleaning. We remove debris by hand and bag it before any final leaf-blower cleanup. A blower is a finishing step, not a substitute for hand-cleaning.

We will flag visible problems so you can decide what to address next. Cleaning cannot repair damaged gutters or guarantee a blocked underground drain will flow.
Our cleaning process
- Hand-clean the gutters. We remove leaves and accumulated debris from the gutter channels.
- Bag the debris. All removed debris is bagged before any final leaf-blower cleanup.
- Check and finish. We clear accessible downspouts, note visible problems and complete the final cleanup.
Before your appointment
Unlock gates, keep pets indoors and tell us about access restrictions. An outside water source may be needed to check flow. You can leave access notes when booking.
When your home needs a quote
Estates, gutter guards and difficult access need a review. Three-story homes add $200 per cleaning and four-story homes add $300. Height alone does not require a quote. Upload ground-level photos showing each side of the home and any obstructions. Please do not climb to take photos.
Repairs and gutter guards
Beyond the included outlet and end cap caulking, repairs, replacement, gutter guard removal and underground drainage work are separate. For replacement gutters or new guards, visit our parent company, Next Day Gutters.
Weather and safety
Rain, high winds, ice and unsafe access can change the schedule. We will contact you if your visit needs to move.

Need a light roof blow-off after a storm or between cleanings? Existing plan members can request a $49 Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off between full cleanings. It is not available during initial enrollment. We blow leaves from the roof and gutters to the ground. No bagging, hauling or ground cleanup is included. This is not a full hand-cleaning. Safe access and suitable weather are required.
