What is included in the initial cleaning?
Your initial cleaning includes a gutter and fascia inspection, hand-cleaning the gutters, clearing downspouts, caulking gutter outlets and end caps, and bagging and hauling away debris before a final leaf-blower cleanup.
How does the annual plan work?
Three cleanings over 12 months, priced at three times your home category rate. One cleaning is paid at signing; the remaining two are split into 12 interest-free installments. You can sign online, but annual dates remain tentative until staff confirms plan activation and payment arrangements.
Does the annual agreement renew?
Yes. Once activated under a signed agreement, it renews yearly until cancelled. Advance renewal information will include the price and cancellation instructions. No renewal is activated by the current request form.
How much are additional cleanings?
During an active agreement year, additional full cleanings are 10% off your standard per-cleaning rate, requested and billed separately. Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off is a separate $49 add-on for existing plan members, not available during initial enrollment.
What is Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off?
A $49 add-on exclusively for existing plan members, for blowing leaves from the roof and gutters to the ground. No hand-cleaning, bagging, hauling or ground cleanup is included. Safe access and suitable weather are required.
How does height affect the price?
Yes. Add $200 per cleaning for a three-story home or $300 for a four-story home. The base townhome rate is $249, making those totals $449 and $549. Annual plans use the rate including the height charge.
