We collect your name, email, phone number, service address, selected service, appointment time, access notes and any house photos you choose to send. We use these details to check coverage, prepare quotes, schedule and perform service, and manage your care plan.
Address verification
When you check an address, we send the street, city, state and ZIP code to the U.S. Census geocoding service to confirm the county. The geocoder receives the address, not your name, email, phone or photos.
House photos
Photos are optional. They are reduced in your browser before upload and stored with the private quote record, not in a public gallery. Access is restricted to authorized website staff. Do not include people, private documents or anything unrelated to the quote.
Booking links and email
Confirmation, reminder and service emails contain booking information. Your private management link allows changes to your appointment. Keep it private. Email delivery uses the website’s mail service and may involve its hosting or mail provider.
Payments
The current checkout is a preview. This website does not request or store card numbers, security codes or payment tokens. We will update the checkout and this policy before connecting a payment provider.
Storage and access
Booking and quote records are stored in WordPress for staff to manage service and customer requests. Website administrators can access these records. We do not publish customer contact details or uploaded house photos. Temporary address checks expire after 30 minutes. We keep service records as needed for operations and recordkeeping; contact us about access or deletion requests.
Technical information
Hosting systems may keep security and request logs. The booking service uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit abuse. This theme does not add advertising trackers. WordPress uses cookies for staff login.
