Service area and initial cleaning
We serve Montgomery County, Maryland only. Your initial cleaning includes a gutter and fascia inspection, hand-cleaning the gutters, clearing downspouts, caulking gutter outlets and end caps, and bagging and hauling away debris before a final leaf-blower cleanup.
Estates, gutter guards and difficult access require review. Additional repairs or work require your approval.
Appointments
Bookings reserve an arrival window, not an exact start time. Weather and unsafe access can require rescheduling. Unlock gates, secure pets and note any access restrictions. Use your private link for changes at least 24 hours before the arrival window; for later changes, call 877-257-4331.
New annual plan requests
The proposed annual agreement includes three cleanings in 12 months and renews yearly until cancelled. The first cleaning is paid at signing and the other two are divided into 12 interest-free monthly installments. Your home category and height charge determine the price. Additional full cleanings are 10% off during an active agreement year and billed separately.
Signing and submitting an annual plan request saves your signed service agreement but does not activate the plan, reserve three visits or authorize payments. The final agreement must set out the signing date, service schedule, renewal price, advance notices, cancellation method and treatment of remaining installments. You must review and accept it before activation.
Existing bookings and plans
Existing customers retain their agreed prices and terms. New pricing does not automatically change an existing booking or convert an existing plan.
Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off
Need a light roof blow-off after a storm or between cleanings? Existing plan members can request a $49 Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off between full cleanings. It is not available during initial enrollment. We blow leaves from the roof and gutters to the ground. No bagging, hauling or ground cleanup is included. This is not a full hand-cleaning. Safe access and suitable weather are required.
Payments
Service agreements can be signed electronically. The signed copy is emailed and available through your private booking link. Card fields are disabled until processing is connected; no card information is collected. Staff will confirm payment arrangements before service. Do not put card details in notes or photos.
