What is included in the initial cleaning?
Your initial cleaning includes a gutter and fascia inspection, hand-cleaning the gutters, clearing downspouts, caulking gutter outlets and end caps, and bagging and hauling away debris before a final leaf-blower cleanup.
How does the annual plan work?
Three cleanings over 12 months, priced at three times your home category rate. One cleaning is paid at signing; the remaining two are split into 12 interest-free installments. You can sign online, but annual dates remain tentative until staff confirms plan activation and payment arrangements.
Does the annual agreement renew?
Yes. Once activated under a signed agreement, it renews yearly until cancelled. Advance renewal information will include the price and cancellation instructions. No renewal is activated by the current request form.
How much are additional cleanings?
During an active agreement year, additional full cleanings are 10% off your standard per-cleaning rate, requested and billed separately. Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off is a separate $49 add-on for existing plan members, not available during initial enrollment.
What is Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off?
A $49 add-on exclusively for existing plan members, for blowing leaves from the roof and gutters to the ground. No hand-cleaning, bagging, hauling or ground cleanup is included. Safe access and suitable weather are required.
How does height affect the price?
Yes. Add $200 per cleaning for a three-story home or $300 for a four-story home. The base townhome rate is $249, making those totals $449 and $549. Annual plans use the rate including the height charge.

Only Montgomery County, Maryland. We verify the full service address before a booking or request.
Why do you only serve Montgomery County right now?
We are growing, and we do plan to bring this service to more neighborhoods. We are keeping the cleaning division inside Montgomery County for now so we can protect the schedule, cleanup quality and follow-up our customers expect. We would rather open new areas carefully than take on a bigger map before we can service every customer properly.

We serve Montgomery County addresses in communities such as Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Potomac, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Olney, Clarksburg, Poolesville and Takoma Park. The full street address matters because some ZIP codes cross county lines.
When should I schedule gutter cleaning in Montgomery County?
Most homes need attention after the heavy fall leaf drop. Homes under oaks, maples, tulip poplars or pines may also need spring or summer cleaning because seed pods, pollen strings and needles can clog outlets before autumn.
Do gutter guards mean I can skip cleaning?
No. Guards can reduce large debris, but small leaves, pine needles, roof grit and seed pods can still collect on top of the guards or near outlets. Homes with guards need a quote review because cleaning them takes different access and handling.
