Plan-member Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off: $49.00
For existing plan members only, after enrollment. A light roof and gutter blow-off after a storm or between full cleanings. Leaves are blown to the ground. No hand-cleaning, bagging, hauling or ground cleanup is included. Not a substitute for a full cleaning; safe access and conditions are required.

Height adds $200.00 per cleaning for 3 stories or $300.00 for 4 stories. Annual plans include that surcharge in each visit. Estates, gutter guards and difficult access need a photo review. Square footage is a guide; we confirm home category and access.
What your initial cleaning includes
Your initial cleaning includes a gutter and fascia inspection, hand-cleaning the gutters, clearing downspouts, caulking gutter outlets and end caps, and bagging and hauling away debris before a final leaf-blower cleanup.
What can change the price
Most Montgomery County homes can use the price shown after you choose the home category and height. A quote review is needed when the house has gutter guards, difficult ladder access, estate-scale rooflines, blocked access, unusual construction or photos that show more work than a standard cleaning.
Three-story homes add $200 per cleaning and four-story homes add $300. Height by itself does not make the job a mystery quote, but safe access still matters. If you are not sure, send photos from the ground and we will review the home before anyone climbs.
Three cleanings. One annual agreement.
Your plan includes three professional gutter cleanings over 12 months. Choose all three preferred dates when you enroll, then use your private link to review or change your date requests. Dates are confirmed after agreement and payment completion. Pay for the first cleaning when you sign. The remaining two cleanings are spread over 12 monthly installments with no interest. The last installment adjusts for rounding so you pay exactly three times your cleaning rate.
For a small single-family home: $379 at signing, 11 monthly payments of $63.17, then $63.13 in month 12. Total: $1,137. Additional full cleanings during the agreement year are $341.10 each, requested and billed separately.
Each home category uses its own rate, including applicable height charges. Plan members save 10% on additional full cleanings. Plan Member Quick Roof Blow Off is available only to existing plan members. It is not sold with initial enrollment and does not count as one of the three full cleanings.
When an annual plan makes sense
A single cleaning can be enough for a newer townhome or a house with little tree cover. A three-cleaning plan makes more sense when your roofline sits under oaks, maples, tulip poplars or pines, or when past clogs have pushed water over the gutter edge during a storm.
Renewal and cancellation
The annual agreement renews for another year until cancelled. You will receive advance renewal information with the renewal price and cancellation instructions. Cancellation of renewal and cancellation of an individual visit are separate decisions; your signed agreement will explain current-term obligations.
Enrollment is currently a request. You can sign the service agreement online. No money is collected and no automatic renewal is activated here. Our team will confirm plan activation, installment dates and payment arrangements.
